At Cool-tshirts, we work hard to ensure that our customers are pleased with their purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied with your product, we're here to help.

  1. Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return.

  2. Product Condition: T-shirts must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Shirts showing signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted for return.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service providing the order number, product details, and reason for the return. Once approved, you'll receive detailed instructions for the process.

  4. Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on Cool-Tshirts's part (wrong product, defective, etc.).

  5. Refunds: Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your shirt for another size or design, follow the same return process. Once we receive the original product, we'll send out the new product. You may need to pay the difference if there's a price change between shirts.

  7. Sale Items: T-shirts purchased on sale are not eligible for return, only size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.
